Terms of Service

These terms apply to bookings made with Hereford Rank Taxis, Grandstand Rd, Hereford HR4 9NH. Licensed by Herefordshire Council.

A booking is confirmed only once we have replied to you by phone, WhatsApp or text. Submitting the online form alone does not guarantee a vehicle — please wait for confirmation.

Local fares are charged on the meter to the official Herefordshire Council tariff. Fixed-price quotes (e.g. airport transfers) are valid for 24 hours and subject to traffic, diversions and waiting time. See our tariffs page for details.

Drivers will wait up to 5 minutes free of charge at the pickup point. After this, waiting time is charged at the council tariff. If we cannot find you after 10 minutes the booking may be marked as a no-show and a minimum fare charged.

You can cancel any time before the driver is dispatched at no charge. For pre-booked airport transfers cancelled within 2 hours of pickup we may charge the agreed fare in full.

Items left in vehicles are logged and held for 28 days. Call 01432 278279 as soon as possible. A small handling fee may apply for return by courier.

We reserve the right to refuse or end a journey if a passenger behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or likely to damage the vehicle. Soiling charges may apply.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
